I would like to avoid linking to translation pages that only cover a short snippet or which don't include the original text being translated, but anything that covers about a single quest's worth or more is fair game.

An interview on the Final Fantasy Portal Site with localization team members Kathryn Cwynar (Lore Consultation & English Translator), Pierre Pasquier (French Translator), David Fehrmann (German Translator), and Maki Shiota (Localization Project Manager). I believe this interview is the origin of the common claim that the English and Japanese scripts are written simultaneously, but the actual interview only says the English team is involved with terminology and there is no mention of them being involved in writing the story or dialogue.
