Wuk Lamat calls her father "Alterchen", which is a diminutive of "old man" that conveys highly casual familiarty.
Sphene generally talks with a lot of energy and a certain simplicity which makes me think of the way adults talk to young children, like an elementary school teacher or a theme park tour guide. I've only checked a few scenes with her in German so far so I can't yet tell if and when she breaks that speech pattern.
